I am in need of a professional Virtual Assistant fluent in both written and spoken Italian. The chosen freelancer will be required to work for 10-20 hours per week and take on tasks including: - Appointment Scheduling: Good organizational skills would be crucial for this task. - Email management: Candidate should be diligent, detail-oriented, and have excellent written communication skills in Italian. - Data entry: Speed and accuracy are fundamental. - Telephone handling: Must be confident and personable on the phone with a friendly telephone manner. Having proficiency in native or bilingual Italian is an absolute requirement for the position. Experience in a similar role would be a plus but not essential, as well as experience handling commercial B2B calls.
