We are looking for a General Virtual Assistant with strong administrative skills and technical knowledge to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team while also having the ability to handle a variety of technical tasks. Responsibilities: -Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and handling phone calls. -Conduct research on various topics related to the business. -Create and manage databases, spreadsheets, and other documents. -Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports. -Handle technical tasks such as website maintenance, social media management, and basic graphic design. -Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to team members. -Manage software and tools necessary for the smooth operation of the business. Requirements: -Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role. -Strong organizational and time management skills. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Suite. -Knowledgeable in technical tasks such as website maintenance, social media management, and basic graphic design. -Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday. -Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. -Experience in the business industry is a plus.
