Fix the audio quality on my 6 minute video

I need someone to fix the audio of my video. It's a 6 minute video, but the problem is only really in the first 30 seconds (the S's sound odd). But I would just like the quality of the audio/video to be the best. Here is the video - [login to view URL] Also need it done ASAP

For those "S" sounds I'll use a de-esser plugin in my Pro Tools 10. Guaranteed to get those "S" sounds sounding clear. I'll also fix any other audio problems you have.
