Commercial for new toy

We manufacture a product called Bike Pipe. It is a toy for children's bicycle. Very similar to putting cards in your spokes, except way more obnoxious and fun. Our product is a bicycle exhaust system complete with stickers and a rotating cap to turn the sound on and off. No batteries required. I am needing a 30 - 60 second commercial that will showcase the product in a fun way and drive sales to either online or to retail outlet. This commercial can be completely animated or completely filmed by camera. We have a lot of content already as well as many ideas, but I am in need of creative design and execution of this video. IF you do well we will have several more videos needed in the future.
