Create 2 flash videos

I have a DVD film about 6min. long. I want it in two versions one in low resolutiuon and one in high resolution: 1: Client: Flash Player, Embedded Container & codec: MP4, H.264 Size & bit rate: 320x180, 250kbps Delivery: HTTP Progressive Download 2: Client: Flash Player, Embedded Container & codec: MP4, H.264 Size & bit rate: 768x432, 800kbps Delivery: HTTP Progressive Download If you are interested in this project I will give you access to the original video file. You mission is to deliver: * An image (from the video)? and help me with the embedded code for our website * 4 videos (hign and low resolution for the 6min. video and high and low for a shorter version of the same video) * I will also need a link to flash (if people don't have flash installed I can only deliver the 6min. video now the 4min video is about to be created and you will have a risk about my delivery of this short video. I will make a 50% payment when the first 2 video is done and if/when I deliver the last video I will make the payment? of the rest 50%. I expect a quick levery time (1-3 days for the first video and 3-4days after my delivery of the short version) Kind regards Tinus
