Adventure Sports Video Editing

We are looking to bring on someone who is able to work with lots of raw footage and edit it to a condensed 1-2 min action packed highlight reel... within a very limited time frame. We will need a fast turnaround with most and it is a project which is still in the early development stages. We would like to work very closely with this person to create a process which would be beneficial to them as well as ourselves over time. Extreme sports fans (snowboarding, surfing, BMX, moto-cross, base jumping etc) are preferred because they have the eye for what is needed to be included in each reel. The resulting reels need to have the look and feel of a PRO sports video, despite the footage being at amateur level. Great long term project, with room for growth and an excellent resume builder. Speed of turnaround for the quality video given, alongside affordability is key here.
