Video editing

I am looking for a video editor who can create a more than 5-minute long video using montage editing techniques. I have a specific style and theme in mind for the video and I am seeking someone who can bring my vision to life. I want someone to research a group of topics (usually in the economics and social fields) and make a video report on them that is edited in Adobe. I have a number of topics that I need to report on and create a suitable video by searching and finding a free, royalty-free photo suitable for the video. I will add my comment to the video, so you can add your own comment, even if it is not with a good microphone, and I will then add my comment, we make this just to make the editing easier for you, and later i will remove yours and add mine. I will send you my voice over directly I want to edit two to three videos per week. Also adding sound effects and music without copywriting. In the videos, I will add audio edits to my voice remotely, so you must send the complete Adobe file. i need someone to work for a long term with, so i need a reasonable price.
