Employment Verification in Oman

The freelancer needs to visit the location (Family Health Medical Complex - Oman) and get the form filled, stamped and signed from the HR department. The following requirements are mandatory: 1- Verify Certificate and get a form filled, sign and stamped by them. 2- 4 to 5 geotagged photos are required with name board visible of place with surroundings. 3- In case of refusal take the written refusal with stamp with details of the person who refused to fill the form name, designation, phone number and email. If above mentioned requirements are fulfilled than task will be completed.
