Danish-Danish Transcription Project -- 2

We have a Danish transcription project. We need 2 Danish native speakers for that. There will be a small test of about 30 small audios for the candidates. Those who can make a score of 25/30 will start with the project. Those who can make 23/30 will also be considered. There will be 3 chances to take the test. The rate is standard for everyone: 250 USDs per hour of audio. The price is for the duration of audio, not the duration that the freelancer works. The volume of the project is over 20 hours. And maybe longer. We are working through the tasks in a system in the internet. Every task is 30 minutes maximum. Mostly they are 30 minutes. We have a payment process. The tasks completed during a month are paid on the 25-30th of every next month. More clearly, the tasks completed in September are paid on 25-30 of November. We have been working on this principle for about 3 months. Those who are selected will be introduced with the current freelancers who are working for 2-3 months and will be able to ask them the question they have. Please note that I need freelancers who have 4-5 hours a day at least for this project five days a week. Please note that I cannot make any milestones. That is because I take the payments from the project center after they are completed and then send it to the freelancers. Please bid for 99 USDs first.
