Hi - We had our architect render a bar/restaurant concept for us, but the architect has become completely unresponsive. We need someone who is skilled in rendering 3d walkthroughs of buildings/homes/etc to re-render the concept and then prepare to make changes for us so we can see the design changes that are being made as we go. You must have a demo of this that you can provide to us, we want to be as photorealistic as possible. You must be able to take concepts of specific furniture that we find online and render them in or know how to find something really close. Same with chandeliers/lighting. Generally, this is a really small bar, there is only 60 seats, please see the files that have been provided by our architect. They didnt run with any of our finishes, so we need to actually implement the finishes. This will end up being two projects, rendering the structural content without finishes (so recreating the building as shown in the previews)...thats what this project is for, so its pretty basic, but then from there, we will pay hourly to have the changes done to add in all of the finishes. So please give us your hourly rate in your bid. If you dont submit with an hourly rate you will be ignored. Thank you!
