Mobile and Web App Quality Assurance

I am looking for an experienced Quality Assurance professional to perform comprehensive testing for both our mobile and web app. Primary Goals: The main focus of this role is to ensure the functionality of our website and mobile application, which includes several important features. Testing process should be directed towards the functional flow and user experience. You will need to navigate the application as any typical user would, noting any areas that might be confusing, difficult to use, or simply not pleasant. Ideal Skills: The ideal freelancer for this role would have a keen eye for detail and extensive experience in identifying bugs, inconsistencies, and other potential issues often overlooked during the development process. Knowledge of the best practices for vetting the user experience, as well as familiarity with system load capacity testing, would be greatly advantageous. Experience with both mobile and web app QA testing is required, given the dual-focused nature of this project. Having an understanding of how a technical codebase should meet all functional requirements is a plus. Clear and transparent communication is key in this role, as you will be tasked with reporting your findings back to our team.
