I want to create an app for the apple watch, that uses the apple watch built in heart rate sensor to measure the wearers heart rate. Once the app is started, the app should identify the average heart rate over 5 minutes. After this, the app should identify the average heart rate over 5 seconds, every 5 seconds. If the heartrate over 5 seconds is 10% lower than the average heart rate found during the 5 minutes a notification should be triggered. I have found a Github app, that can show the heart rate and utilizes the heart rate sensor of the watch, if this can be used the assignment is primarily the how to find the average values.
