I need to find a print on-demand supplier that will also cut, sew, and ship hawaiian style shirts - I will supply the sewing pattern files (5 sizes). This supplier should be using some sort of digital textile printing. Order sizes -- 1 shirt. The supplier would receive the image files of a custom fabric swatch, print the fabric, cut out shirt based on pattern and size, sew the shirt, box and ship to the USA. This would happen in response to every order with multiple orders a month in perpetuity. === Please find me at least 3 suppliers in countries with cheap manufacturing costs that will do 1 shirt minimum order quantity (~2 yards of fabric) based on a square image file representing a fabric swatch. These suppliers should be able to cut and sew and dropship orders. === Need to know === Please find me some (at least 3) suppliers in cheap countries that meet these criteria and ask them these questions: - Cost per order (1 shirt) - Cost of shipping to USA - Time to ship. - Format, resolution and dimensions required by supplier for input file - Time from order received to shipment
