FoxPro code to SQL script

In FoxPro we sort the list for STREET order using the following code: index on alltr(pr) + alltr(rstpre)+ alltr(rstname) + alltr(rsttype) + alltr(rstpost) + alltr(rhnum) +alltr(rhsfx) +alltr(raprt) When we sort the list the one “change?? we make is converting the rhnum field from a numeric field to a zero filled character value. This allows for proper sorting. I am not sure how you want to tackle that, but in FoxPro all fields that are sorted need to be a character value. Please see what you can do with that. For ODD-EVEN sorting we use the following code: index on alltr(pr) + alltr(rstpre)+ alltr(rstname) + alltr(rsttype) + alltr(rstpost) + oddeven + alltr(rhnum) +alltr(rhsfx) +alltr(raprt) So, we want something (maybe SQL script/stored procedure for SQL server 2008) for the same functionality as we are in the process of replacing Foxpro with SQL Server 2008. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
