Write some Software

hello there, i am trying to get some arduino programming done, i have a esp12f iot module, i already configured my arduino software to connect and flash to esp8266 module, i need someones help to write a arduino program for this scenario : the esp8266 works as a iot system there is a stove on a remote location, every time the user ignites the stove the thermal switch on the stove sends a signal to esp module to inform that user has ignited the stove and vice versa. if it is not connected to internet it should log the data and when the internet is available it should upload the data, i heard that esp modules don't have inbuilt real time clock, if so, it should update time from internet i would like to use [login to view URL] service to get the dataonline as this is a simple program, my budget is $10 if you need any information feel free to contact.
