I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows and MacOs using Python or other programing language. Requirements: - Work as a table with multiple columns - every cell from a column must have values validated - user must be able to create new lines and fill all cell - user must be able to edit all cells - user must be able to filter on all columns (such as you can use data filter on excel) - user must be able to sort on all columns (such as sort from excel) - cells which are not filled must have a default value - table must support up to at least 7K lines - table must support auto scroll based on a time and value from.a column - software must be able to communicate via serial computer ports with an external device - software will have about 10 buttons which will send some serial messages fixed and some based on table - software must be able to open a csv file and read value and displayed in table - user must be able to save the tables values as a csv comma delimited file VERY IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT RELEASE ANY MONEY IN ADVANCE. DO NOT BID IF YOU NOT AGREE.
