Hello Sir, As having prior experience with desktop applications and API requests (Getting certain information from Servers e.g Telegram) I'm confident I can meet your expectations for this project. Creating a simple, automated desktop application where you can get the usernames of a channel; and then get them to your channel/group in 3 simple steps: 1. Selecting channel/group you want to take users from. 2. (Optional) Choose how many people at a time you'll add to your group; so you can take breaks from using your computers memory if desired. 3. Hitting start on the program and waiting around 15 minutes (depending on Internet speed) for all your new users to appear in your Telegram channel group. I'd be happy to oblige if you have any other features you'd like in the app for your needs. As for the programming language C++ with Qt is my preferred language, which allows for more versatility and speed, though I am open if your preference is Java.
