The problem statement is very similar to my recent project for a fin-tech startup. The scraping part can be achieved using BeautifulSoup. Then my python code will do a time-series analysis incorporating regressions to predict the next likely value. Although it will be really really beneficial if I can understand the idea behind creating this project. It will help me mould the project better according to your need.
