Copying Instagram Followers from Specific Users

I need to copy the followers of some specific selected instagram users (there are thousands of people to follow), therefore i need somebody who understands how instagram bots work, so there shouldn't be any risk of being banned on instagram. Actually, I can do this by myself, by following people manually (i already did this before, it takes pretty much time and often the people i already tapped and follow, hasn't been followed yet, somehow instagram can't process things quickly). And i also already downloaded JustUnfollow app, but it doesn't really work, because on the app i can only follow 59 people at a time, and when i switch to my instagram account, the "following" section hasn't increased yet.
