We have created a basic PowerShell script (only 17 lines). It invokes the winget update --all command in powershell. When you run this it gives you a read out of all the programs that have been updated and any which have failed. We just need this output in an HTML file (attached as well). It just needs to say the program name and whether it updated successfully or not. As it stands any that fail show up in the report but ones that go through are missed - we need these to have the app name and the word success beside. To create a demo environment iv downloaded a previous version of thunderbird and then have been allowing the script to update it. To get it to fail, having two different versions of teams installed seems to do it.
