We would like an add on to MS Outlook and possibly Teams, that will allow us to quickly and easily categorise incoming and outgoing emails by project and allow easy retrieval of these emails by all team members. This should also link to the task functionality of Outlook also, so an incoming email should be able to be assigned to a project and then assigned to a team member to action. The status of the task should be trackable from first assigned to completed. It would also be good to have the capability to assign an action taken or something similar to emails which do not require a task. Eg. discussed, agreed, rejected, on hold, etc. Ultimately it would be great to be able to access a reporting platform in Sharepoint (possibly, we are open to suggestions) where you enter the project reference and all information in Outlook and Teams (and whatever else can be linked) relating to that project will show up, grouped by status, etc, so emails that haven't been acted on or finalised will show up and won't get overlooked again.
