Links with pr >= 3

I have need to have for my website almost 40 link with pr >= 3. ( 2 with pr >= 5 ) for different pages of my website. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -Link page must be search engine friendly. (static page) ie no redirects, cloaking, etc. Page must not be dis-allowed by [login to view URL] -The link page indexed with PR3 or higher by Google, no redirects, javascript links, hidden links, or other unethical tactics - Links must be permanent one way static html links with the anchor text of our choosing with no rel=nofollow links in the code. - Only high quality links (no use of automated softwares) no FFA links no BS - No more than one link on same IP - multiple links from the same class C of IP addresses not acceptable - No link farms, no pages or websites that have been banned on Google, No hijacked PRs. - Links should come from sites about online game ( Casino ) - Only links from Static pages (.htm/.html and etc) will be counted (no links from dynamically generated pages with query string parameters or session id) - Link backs must remain on the linking pages even after you've finished project. - There are already links from many sites so don't want duplication (link from the same sites we already have links from) - We will need a report in Excel format to verify the work. - No directory links - No Links from pages with more then 50 links on it. -IMPORTANT, I don’t want any of these : - NO link farms, link-exchange programs, NO BLOGS, NO FFAs, no banned sites by Google, NO ILLEGAL/SCAM/SPAM sites, No adult sites, no classifieds or pharmacy or stocks or mortgage, forums, web directories, political, guestbooks, dynamic links black hat links -One way non-reciprocal links -No link exchanges. -Links must be permanent, active and NEVER expire. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I’ll check if the link is ok in google with link:[login to view URL] Payment with escrow.
