75 Dofollow Permanent Comments

I need: 70 DoFollow Permanent Site/Blog Comments - Comments should be made over a 1 week period - Please send 20 initial comments so that we can do a quality check - After 1 week comment period, a report of all blog links, their comments and the anchor text must be given - Blog comments that are removed in the report, must be re-posted (escrow will be released 2 days after report is sent to verify no comments are removed) - Blog comments must be individually unique and no duplicate content - Comments must use my keyphrase as the anchor text - All blog comments should come from pages with at least PR3+
