Neede: Bridge between MT4 and Non MT4 trading account ( API FIX compatible)

My client is trading with a NON MT4 Brokerage company. In fact its a bank. He is Fund owner of a large [login to view URL] does not want to move his money outside the bank, however he wants to take advantage of my trading strategy to copy my trades, done on MT4 account, to his non mt4 trading account with the bank. So a Bridge needs to be build to copy the trades. The bank were the non mt4 account is running is supporting API FIX technology. The bank IT department is able to help. Who is able to build this bridge / tool? I know there is supplier who offers a ready made bridge between mt4 and IAB, but I need it for a different broker.
