Hi, I have a property website and would like it made compatable with rightmove version 3 BLM files, these files are fed to an FTP location.. I found this info and file online: [login to view URL] There are sites such as [login to view URL], ziptog and the [login to view URL] who agents use to send the data through. can you quote me for: 1) integrating this into my website creating any catergories and fields on the property submission forms accordingly. I am on a tight schedule so can this be completed by monday?

Hello, I have previously worked with .blm files while working on a project based on the PG Real Estate system by Pilot Group, Ltd and have extensive knowledge of the CodeIgniter framework. Dependent on the actual amount of work required I should have this finished Monday evening although please allow up to early hours Tuesday morning in case of any issues during the testing phase. Further to this, if less work is involved than I anticipate then the final amount due will be lower than the bid amount however the amount will never be more than my bid amount. Due to the time frame I would require a 50% Milestone Payment upfront, to be released on satisfactory completion of the project. To have the project completed within the stated time frame my bid would have to be accepted by 7am Monday morning with the 50% Milestone Payment in place.
