Need Private SOCKS5 Proxy Server for United States

I am looking for a company who offers PRIVATE SOCKS5 proxies from the United States spread out in all kinds of large and small cities. Would like to have access to unlimited IPs that are NOT open sources that other people are using. I need it to run through software and be able to change my IP Address at any given time. All IPs must show their geo locations along with the Name Addresses to them, for example, if the IP is from a DSL connection in Florida, the name address would say 882.FL.Comcast.net. I'd like to pay $100/week or less. Please big right away. I would need to test some IPs before buying.
