Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team on a commission-based arrangement. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients for our CCNA, CCNP, and CCIE training programs. Leveraging your sales expertise and networking skills, you will cultivate relationships with prospective clients, understand their training needs, and recommend tailored solutions to meet their objectives. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking events, online platforms, and referrals. Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their training requirements and objectives. Present our range of CCNA, CCNP, and CCIE training programs and services in a compelling and persuasive manner. Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations to prospective clients. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business. Qualifications: Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Familiarity with the IT industry and knowledge of networking concepts and certifications, particularly CCNA, CCNP, and CCIE. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets. Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
