If the response is leading towards a declined sale, these are the techniques for me to make it a successful sale. a. Ask for specifics-ask what hesitations they have in mind. b. State the benefits-how it would impact them if they would be included in our newsletter,etc. c. Provide options- if they want a copy of the bookkeeping spreadsheet or set a meeting instead. 3 Thank the client for their time. Maintaining the same level of professionalism all throughout the call. In this sense, I must underwrite that although I am new as a freelancer, I have a high level of english language knowledge and client assistance that includes email and conversational skills (face to face and over the phone).
