Hi, I have 5+ years experience in building web apps with Ruby on Rails. I have previous experience working with ShareTribe as I have built a review system for that. I can get this up in two hours. Having experience with Twitter and Facebook apis with ruby on rails. I would suggest buying the AWS server as it is best to work with and have various services apart from hosting the application.
