Debug rails i18n error of 'Deep_Merge' & database store

I have a ruby on rails app with multi tenancy. We use Rails ActiveRecord backend and store some of the translations in database. Suddenly my app started throwing error: 'Deep_merge' at multiple pages and I am unable to figure out what is causing it. Since it's a multi tenant app I am reload i18n backend before every request. Below are the screenshots.
