Responsibilities: - Conducting job analysis and creating job descriptions for the open positions - Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates - Reviewing resumes and conducting initial screenings to shortlist potential candidates - Coordinating and conducting interviews with hiring managers - Assisting in the selection process by assessing candidate qualifications and fit for the role - Conducting reference checks and background screenings as required Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes - Strong understanding of job analysis and creating job descriptions - Familiarity with various recruitment strategies and techniques - Excellent interviewing and assessment skills - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Additional Information: - The client is open to remote work arrangements - The project duration is expected to be approximately 1-2 months, depending on the number of positions to be filled.
