I want to design a single wire hose clamp with custom specifications: Single wire hose clamp: Thickness : 2 mm Bandwidth : 2 mm Screw : One of these bolts M1.2, M1.4, M1.6 or M2 (Maximum M2). The band width and thickness from the screw side must not exceed 2.5 mm. Everywhere in the clamp should not exceed 2.5 mm thickness and bandwidth. Minimum diameter : 30 mm Maximum diameter : 40 mm That's mean that it can can be extended from 30 to 40 mm in the same clamp. Materiel : stainless steel or steel.
