Apartment Complex with Sky Villas and common pool area

This project is a long rectangular strip of land 14 Are (1,400 square meters) on a sloping hill currently overlooking rice fields. I am looking to build these in 3 phases so I can pre sell the unit leases like a time share concept. However these apartments are to be rented out for affordable housing for those travelers or owners that want to spend months here at a time for $600-700 a month instead of the high hotel costs. I'm allowed to build 2 stories high and the top 3rd floor will be 2 sky large rooftop Villas for myself or to rent out. The top 3rd floor cannot be concrete structures but wood or bamboo is allowed. Each complex phase will have 10 1 bedroom apartments for a total of 30 when complete. All apartments will basically have the same design all having a bedroom loft; once phase one is built owners will have the options to modify some decor design options like tiles for example. I've been working with some local architects and contractors on designs and concepts but I want to get other options to finalize so I tender out the build cost to other builders; the existing drawings attached are very close to what I'm looking for and I believe the size of the apartments are to scale. Kitchens and dining areas should be kept simple and not too big as not a lot of cooking is done in Bali villa homes; however a kitchen bar seating 4 people is always a nice social hang out. The living and dining areas should accommodate a minimum of 2/ 4 for additional guest. We will use the roof to have 2 villas on each end with infinity pools taking advantage of the rice field views. One will be a 2 bedroom design for me and the other a 4 bedroom design for rental purposes. In the middle will be a large social pool with cabana/gazebos and pool lounge chairs and bars (maybe even a swim up bar). There will be 2 lifts on each end of the public/guest pool area with the lift doors facing out to the private villas and the inside doors to the guest pool area; the higher 4 bedroom pool will be able to overlook the public pool due to the sloping landscape. The street level front will have a little Warung restaurant serving food not only to guests but to the public with seating offering necessities such as cold drinks cigarettes for locals driving by; food will be served from this restaurant to the pool area and to the apartments. Above the restaurant is an optional undetermined space for maybe gym/yoga studio and mechanical rooms. The building exterior should be attractive modern but fitting in with the Balinese surrounds with glass wood and hanging plants; all apartments should have either a large private balcony overlooking the rice fields or an outdoor living area on the ground floor with possible small dunk pools.
