The skradle is a device that is used to tilt large cooking stock pots, and drain the liquid out with out the solid content coming out only the liquid. it has to side arms that has a swing arm that holds the stock pot in place which then(the stock pot) is fastened so it does not move around, the pot is very hot so it will have a handle at the base to lift the swing arm, also on the swing arm will be a kickstand that can be adjusted to different lengths to aim the liquid to drain from the stock pot. if you are interested please email me as i have drawings and more design input to help you help me design this utensil
