Remote Service desk Telecom - Avaya / Nortel or Alcatel or NEC / Philips

I'm investigating the option to have our Service Desk run Remotely. Most of my clients are located in the Netherlands, but all of their PABX are remotely accessible . The local knowledge is spread thin and I'm looking for new blood to service old and new systems remotely. What work is requested: all questions and problems that could be handled remotely, could be handled by you and a few colleagues around the world. If hands are physically required locally on the machines, then we will be your hands, eyes and ears on the ground. You need to be a Wiz on 1 or multiple PABX's serviced by us. These range from Avaya / Nortel, Alcatel / Lucent or NEC / Philips to 3 different hosted VOIP platforms. You are knowledgeable about LAN and WAN structures, which coexist with the PABX and the VOIP platforms If you are also able to maintain managed Fiber Routers, and setup VPN tunnels we could enhance our service offering, and offer more work to you. Let me know what your skills are, some prove of these skills, what your hourly fee would be or if your interested a monthly fixed fee per client (so you'll earn a part of our monthly support contract, but also participate in some of the risk and sometimes no work but you still paid)
