This role would suit a proactive and relatively experienced individual who has around 10-12 hours to spare each week. Salary: - $250 per month base salary - Commission rates vary from £65 to £900 per candidate, dependent on the client Role & Responsibilities: - Recruit and vet suitable candidates for our job positions and clients - Post on our social media on a regular basis - Possibility of some business development too, which would be additional commission - Develop and extend our CRM Benefits: - Excellent rates of commission & base salary - Use of a pre-existing social media network - Official Synergy Recruitment email address - All paid advertisements paid for by Synergy Requirements: - You should have at least 2 years of prior recruitment experience in any industry - If you have experience of teaching that would be advantageous but not essential - You must have excellent communication skills and be honest and transparent in all affairs
