Instaplay is a fast growing Consumer Electronics brand and we're currently in need of a hiring manager. We're looking for someone with specific qualifications and skills that will help us in our hiring process. Key requirements include: - Recruitment Experience: Ideal candidates should have a solid background in recruitment. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus. - Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication is key in managing our recruitment process. We need someone who can clearly communicate with both our internal team and potential candidates. The ideal candidate would be an individual with an experience of minimum 3 years in junior and mid-level recruitments. They should have a good understanding of creating Job Description, posting jobs on Naukri, Linkedin. Shortlisting right candidates. Doing first level interviews and ability to convince candidates to join.
