I have very large csv and excel files sometimes in excess of 1,000,000 lines that I need split out into multiple files based on dates found in a specific column. The desktop application will accept a csv or excel file and then in the UI will allow me to select which column to use to separate it into multiple files based on the date found inside each cell. for example I will want to split the files into 6 month segments
