I need all the steps to get implemented which is in the image attached . Then I have 14videos so instead of changing video file i run every time , i want you to use command line arguments, so that We can automatically run the task for all the videos at a time Instead of manually changing it. Professor-(You can use python to extract the file names, then use the python script with the arguments to run the code.)) Record data for 10 experiments and export them as a vector rest 4 videos use them for cross validation test The data which we export is then fed to an rl algorithm I mean we need to set up a policy and from that policy we can adjust what would be the next movement Last step would be : As we want tip position to follow certain x,y coordinates ,knowing output can alg provide input Build 2 models: 1st model : input angles output - tip position 2nd model: input tip position output - angles Drive link for all videos [login to view URL]

Hi. I am a Machine Vision Expert. I am very familiar to Deep learning apis such as Tensorflow, TensorflowLite, TfLearn, keras, pytorch, and fastai, mxnet. I have a good hands on working with Advanced R and Python and BI tools and technologies, AI, Big Data. I have quite a good knowledge of DL/ML Algorithm , have also developed Dashboards and Web Applications using flask/django. My area of expertise is building Image Processing, Speech Recognition and building models for food, healthcare and telecom sector, Classification/Prediction/Clustering, NLP and Chatbots. I usual using many technique and library, frameworks such as tensorflow, tesseract, machine learning such as CNN, DNN, FCRN, SVN etc. and I am generally not attached to programming language in working.(C++, C#, Linux, Python, Java, Android, RasPi ....)
