Generating a histogram from a CSV file using matplotlib and pandas is a fairly straightforward task in python 3 which can easily be done in less than 30 lines of code. I can provide the finished product along with extensive commenting which can walk through the process of importing and representing the data , and explain how to change the format of the histogram (e.g. merge bins, change colours, change labels/scales on axis, format key etc.).
