We had a graphic artist design a website inside of photoshop and need the design converted to XHTML/CSS so that it passes W3 Validation while maintaining compatibility on IE6. The design is 10 PSD files that share a common header and footer; however the artist made use of Lightbox and Jquery in a couple of the page layouts. The artist responsible for these works has done the design for other websites and designs layouts that can use repeating graphics for many aspects of the layout. The programmer doing the conversion would be required to use that approach when converting the site. Graphic files must be made as small as possible for the conversion.
