I need a Mechatronic Engineer to design a machine that can both construct and deconstruct portable electric fence for cattle. The machine must be able to: * operate at speeds of at least 10 kilometres per hour. * build single or two wire fences * space fence posts at 15-20 meters or at operators discretion * operate in muddy, dusty or wet conditions * be simple and very reliable * be mounted on a 60-120 horse power four wheel drive tractor (tractor size may be your choice) * electric fence to use braided wire * carry enough posts for 10 kilometres of fence At the moment we use kiwi-tech posts, these can be used or a new design may be made to suit the machine, but the cost of these new posts must be no more than kiwi-tech posts.

Hi, I have just bidded on the other listing of your same project. I can see that you have raised the budget however I must tell you that there are only two professional on this website who do big mechanical design projects, one is myself and other is Uday and both have bidded on your other listing of the project. Whereas I do more of innovative and conceptual design his work in my opinion is more related to drafting,etc. So raising the budget will only lead to automated responses as now the project budget is more than $5000.
