VBA script for custom PowerPoint navigation and animation

I don't think this project is possible with conventional PowerPoint animations and buttons. Basically, I want one presentation in two languages —English and Spanish — and in one PPT file. Slide #1 will be to choose your language — English or Spanish. Slides #2 through #5 will be four walk-in slides. These will loop — 2, 3, 4, 5, 2, 3, 4, 5, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc. — until the presenter clicks ONCE to advance the slide. These will likely loop for 30 minutes or more while the audience is coming into the room where the presentation will be held. The presenter should be able to use a presentation remote —NOT A MOUSE OR KEYBOARD — to advance from any one of the four walk-in slides directly to Slide #6. Slide #6 through Slide #N will be the actual presentation and will use standard PowerPoint functionality, with regular builds and slide transitions. There will be one set of slides for English and another set of slides for Spanish. The Spanish slides will be placed after the English slides in the PPT deck. (It may make more sense to have the English and Spanish presentations as separate PPTs that are embedded within the main PPT file and run if selected.) So, the Spanish slides will begin at N+1.
