1) We receive a tooth from a dentist 2) A front desk person or whoever receives these teeth, will add each tooth to the server, and each tooth will have a unique identifier So this way, we will have them entering the system 3) After the teeth are added to system, we will send them to the employees and have them start working. 4) Each employee will use their smartphone to sign up into the system and will receive their own identification 5) When the employee signs into system, they will see all the teeth that are entered into the system and can select the one they are working on 6) After selecting the tooth, different processes will become available for SELECTION, the administrator will add these processes, like (painting, cutting, gluing...) 7) The employee will select the process they will be working on and this will be registered in the system. The time, name of employee, employee id, tooth identification would be displayed each process, like (painting, cutting, gluing...) will have an assigned % to it, like gluing =5% completion, cutting=25% compltion when an employee selects the process they will be working on, a status tracker will update and for example say 5% complete or 20% until the tooth is finished 8) When tooth is ready to ship, the status will become 100% and all the information will be stored in the system
