Write some Software

I don't mind discussing a reasonable price I just really need this done. Quite a simple Program Would just need to do the following; Navigate to a website Login Go to another link within the website after logging in Perform a function with a certain method I've included a Picture of an example of a similar program for the layout and general idea though it's missing three things which I need; Timer button Stop button Start all button (Start all button because i will be opening A vast amount of the program and will be needing them to all start a function within the website at a different time though I Want to be the one to set when they start which will be between 1-13 seconds) (clicking once per 13 seconds) E:G program 1 start in 1 second which would be clicking once per 13 seconds on the certain function, Program 2 in 2 seconds once per 13 seconds etc so the start all button would start all the programs at the same time but they would run after the The timer runs down to 0. Each will be starting 1 second apart so essentially doing the function every second up to 13 seconds as i will be opening up x13 of the program per Function. So each of the programs will be clicking once at any given time per 13 seconds. so 13 instances of the program open per function. Will using this for a lot of functions. Need this done ASAP! shouldn't be difficult for someone who knows what they are doing. Paying well. Thank you.
