We require someone with UI design and also WPF/MVC/C# background in order to implement an entity relation section of a windows application that is currently in production. The entity relation is to enable end-users to drag & drop within the application itself. Once dragging the entity within the UI, this will create actions on the backend database (The back-end developer is already present and will be working together with the front-end UI designer).

I have already worked on drag and drop functionality in WPF for another project before this. We can use events (PreviewMouseMove etc.) & built - in properties (AllowDrop). Or we can write a behaviour for it.
