The some after the owner confirm the reservation. the client have to receive the: check-in date, check-out date, number of guest, Total Price, Booking Fee to confirm the reservation, the differents payments information and the name of the property on his email. 6. When the owner a reject a reservation, add the possibility to choose one message from a dropdown or a box list from a database table and the table have to let add/edit/delete messages. Sometimes the owner reject a reservation for several reasons, for example: The property need to fix a wall or need to clean the pool, or another reason. I need you implement a table to put several lines with diferent reason and allow to insert more, for the owner choose one of the reason when he needs to cancel a reservation. Another example: You are a client and want to book. You make a booking and you will be waiting for the confirmation of the owner. I’m the Owner and I Reject the booking with a message. 90% of the reject reason are a default message. The default message will taken from a list (this list have to let add/edit/delete message) the other 10% is rejected with a custom message. Can be a Pop up message and permit to decide if use a Dropdown reason or fill a input text to send 7. Add a field for FEE Reservation (% or value) for the client pay when confirm a reservation An option for full payment or partial payment and if is a partial payment decided if is a % or a value.
