User manager and overview

We are searching for a long term collaboration with a freelancers company for the development of an e-commerce site based on PHP/MySQL, using the Seagull Framework. We have many small projects to assign, between 300 and 500 $, for a collaborative growing of acknowledge of the Seagull Framework. Please check also the other request of our company.
