1. Admin need the power to remove bids form any auction. 2. Auction lot pre activation email (Advice needed pre activate and allocate a scheduled auction time?) 3. Add bids placed to the calendar that would take them to that day in the bid history. 4. Add payment deposit/excess/terms on the voucher. 5. Incorporate Step by step banners 6. If no bids are placed we need a message to show (Design in hand) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. A way to close an auction and then to have the select button change to check availability which will then notify the trader who can click yes/no to reactivate the select button. There would also need to be an email back to the customer to say the trader has agreed then notify the trader in there auction panel. (Customer can only reactivate 1 auction) (See walk through job sheet attachment) 2. Add a drop-down so company can see preview for all different vehicles. Add sentence to the bottom of this to. (If you have updated artwork or data please send to info. 3. Change the logo to new logo on company and admin dashboard and login page Change the countdown to 2 hours/ Select Deal button needs adding. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Create earlybird auctions Platform. (See attached walk through) 2. Insert price and breakdown operable by clicking small + to reveal total breakdown cost. 3. Add Current Auction viewer (Will be on a new page and will also show on the activation link customers view. 4. Fix logos 5. Add a popup box if the customer selects no insurance on the homepage form. 6. Edit auction coloured blocks to portray the correct vehicle group Van/Minibus/Car. Bold all text. Currently set on the wrong vehicle types.

Custom Module : We wil create a custom module depending on the requiremnts. After click on the Yes/No button by the trader will send an email by using drupal-mail module. If the auction archived the book button will be locked and will reactive after click from the list. Customer wil see the popup after click on the Deal checker button and then he can request to the trader. If the trader approve the request then the customer book the product.

HI I read your both documents and I'm confident in completing the job. I'm very good on PHP and mysql and i can handle the project even this is using any framework or cms available. If it is a custom framework i can start working on it after 1 or 2 days of background check of coding. Following I add some comments for your job tasks: 1. for pre activation (schedule) we need to set a cron to run a script every minute so when the time reach auctions will be pre activated. 2. And for the pre activation enabled items we can have a status column in db and based on that we can catch that item as well as show the indicator in red as you asked. 3. Also this status column will changed based on the item status and based on that we can color the items red, blue, yellow and etc. 4. For credit balance they need to purchase credits by paying by paypal and 1$ = 1 Credit. they can re fill the credit when every they required. And credits will use for paying to the bids. 5. To archive the auction we can mark the status column 0 so that means the auction archived and 0 auctions cannot be booked. 6. Bid interface is quite similar to ebay bid procedure. We send ajax requests every 30 seconds to server to receive new bid amounts and each time when user try to do a bid we send ajax request then only if the placed bid amount available then we update the db with that amount. 7.
