The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating comprehensive installation instructions that will be posted on our forum, allowing any WeBid user to integrate the payment gateway into their site easily. Project Objectives: Development of [login to view URL] Payment Gateway Add-on: Integrating [login to view URL] to allow sellers to input their API details and buyers to use their Snipepay account balances during checkout. Multi-Currency Transactions: Ensuring the gateway can process transactions in different currencies, e.g., a buyer can pay for an auction listed in EUR using their EUR account balance. Documentation and Instruction: Creating clear, step-by-step guide documentation for installing and configuring the payment gateway, to be posted on our community forum. Responsibilities: Develop the payment gateway add-on with strict compatibility for WeBid version 1.2+, and potential support for version 1.1. Ensure the gateway supports multi-currency handling and seamless checkout processes. Produce user-friendly documentation and instructional content for the forum that enables WeBid users to easily implement the gateway. Test the integration thoroughly across various versions of WeBid to ensure functionality and security. Provide initial support and updates based on user feedback post-deployment. Requirements: Proven experience with PHP and payment gateway integrations. Familiarity with the WeBid auction platform, particularly versions 1.2 and above. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong documentation skills, capable of creating user-centric guides and instructions.
